Product Return Policy:
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. To obtain authorization, please call 866-520-0067 Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time, or email support@shopallmonster.com.
All merchandise returned must be UNOPENED in the original packaging. Opened merchandise is not eligible for return, and can only be exchanged for other products. Once the merchandise is received, your account will be credited less the shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect product received or defective product). or Express/Overnight service.
We cannot accept headphones, custom made cables or cable cut to order for refunds. We will, however, exchange defective headphones.
